At Naisha Boutique Hotel, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs as best as possible. Please review our cancellation and amendment policy below:
- Cancellations or amendments made before 60 days from the date of arrival will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations or amendments made between 30-60 days from the date of arrival will result in a charge of 50% of the total package price as retention.
- Cancellations or amendments made between 0-30 days before arrival will result in a charge of 100% of the total package price as retention.
- In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total package price will be charged as retention.
- Early check-out will result in a charge of 100% of the balance period as retention.
